The peninsula of Railay is isolated from the mainland. Its beaches on each side, are different in character, but who’s natural beauty many say, is unrivalled in Thailand. Railay is a quiet, relaxing place and an ideal location to spend the evenings, with good food and good company.
About Railey Beach

The area surrounding the beaches contains towering cliffs of twisted rock, covered by lush tropical Jungle. Railay is the home for many of Thailand’s rock climbing specialists, with local instructors regarded among the most respected in the country.
For those of us who are not so adventurous, the golden sand beaches offer an idyllic environment to indulge in a myriad of water sports, from scuba, free diving or snorkelling, around the beach area itself, or in adjacent locations. For others, just simply chill out in paradise, by lying at the waters edge, in the warm and flat calm, Andaman Sea.
Railey Beach Location
Railay West and East beaches are entirely surrounded by limestone cliffs and only accessible by boat. The location is 45 minutes from Krabi International Airport, or 15 minutes by long tail boat from Ao Nang beach, if you arrived by other means.
